Bar Staff (applications available in week 8):

Clark is a great way to make some money while having a great time. Bar staff work about one shift a week, with the opportunity to pick up more. They are responsible for making drinks, creating a positive and fun environment, and having a great time. 18+

Do you love music? Our DJs are responsible for creating pub playlists, setting an atmosphere every shift, and running live music shows. DJs work about one shift a week, with the opportunity to pick up more shifts.18+

Management Positions

Head Manager (applications available in week 5):​

Responsible for the pub as a whole, the head manager interacts primarily with external bodies on behalf of Clark Hall Pub, ensuring that the pub runs smoothly and is succesful.​

Time Commitment: minimum 25 hours/week

Pay: $300/week

Operations Manager (assistant manager, applications available in week 6):

The operations manager is responsible for making sure that the pub is equipped to run every week. The ops manager is responsible for ordering beer and other supplies necessary on a day to day basis. This includes a lot of communication with beer companies and other external parties.

Time Commitment: minimum 20 hours/week

Pay: $250/week

Entertainment Manager (assistant manager, applications available in week 6):

The Entertainment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the success of all of Clark's concerts and private bookings. They will book national and local musicians, and handle all logistics leading up to the concerts. The Entertainment Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the DJs, managing certain social media accounts, and the upkeep of the Pub's sound system.

Time Commitment: minimum 20 hours/week

Pay: $250/week

Business Manager (assistant manager, applications available in week 6):

The business manager is responsible for the finances of the pub. This includes submitting monthly reports to the engineering society bookkeeper, ensuring that the pub has enough money to run on a weekly basis, and paying invoices and staff. 

Time Commitment: minimum 20 hours/week

Pay: $250/week

Marketing Manager (assistant manager, applications available in week 6):

The marketing manager is responsible for all social media and communication tools on behalf of the pub. This includes work with photoshop to create visuals for the pub as well as developing new marketing strategies. 

Time Commitment: minimum 20 hours/week

Pay: $250/week
